1. About these terms
These terms apply to every car rented from Exotic Cars (“we”, “us”). By sending a booking you confirm that you have read and accept them. The rental conditions shown on each car page (minimum age, mileage, fuel policy, insurance and security deposit) are part of these terms.
2. Bookings
A booking made on our website is a request until we confirm it by email. You will receive a booking number straight away; keep it, with the email address you used, to view or manage your booking on the My booking page.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are per day (24 hours) and include the items listed on the car page. Extras you choose (child seat, extra driver, full insurance, meet & greet) are added to the total.
- You can pay a deposit by card when you book, or pay everything at pick-up in cash or by card.
- Prices are set in US dollars. Prices shown in other currencies are converted at our current rate; your booking keeps the currency and rate it was made with.
4. Security deposit
A refundable security deposit is taken at pick-up (the amount is shown on each car page). It is returned after the car is checked at return, less any costs for damage, missing fuel, fines or late return.
5. Drivers
- The main driver and any extra driver must meet the minimum age and licence conditions of the car and show a valid driving licence and passport or ID card at pick-up.
- Only drivers named on the booking may drive the car.
- If the driver does not meet these conditions, we may refuse the rental; amounts already paid may be kept to cover our costs.
6. Pick-up and return
- The car is handed over and returned at the place, date and time of the booking. Please tell us your flight number so we can follow delays.
- A return more than 1 hour late may be charged as an extra day.
- The car must be returned in the same condition, with the fuel level required by the fuel policy.
7. Insurance and damage
- Basic insurance is included as described on each car page. It has an excess: the amount you pay in case of damage. Full insurance (an optional extra) removes this excess.
- Insurance does not cover damage caused by driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, by unauthorised drivers, by off-road driving, or by not following these terms.
- In case of an accident or breakdown, call us straight away and, if needed, the police. A police report is required for any accident.
8. Use of the car
- No smoking, no off-road driving, no racing, no towing and no sub-renting.
- The car may not leave Morocco without our written approval.
- Traffic and parking fines during the rental are paid by the renter.
9. Changes and cancellation
- Ask for a change from your booking page or by contacting us; changes depend on availability and may change the price.
- Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before pick-up. For later cancellations or a no-show, a deposit paid online may be kept.
- If we cannot provide the car, we will offer a similar car or refund everything you paid.
10. Liability
We are not responsible for items left in the car, or for delays and costs caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law.
