1. Who we are
Exotic Cars rents cars to travellers. This policy explains what personal information we collect on this website, why, and the choices you have.
2. What we collect
- When you book: your name, email, phone number, rental dates, pick-up and return places, extras and any notes you write.
- When you contact us: your name, email, phone (if given) and your message.
- Payments: card payments are handled by Stripe on its own secure page. We never see or store your card number; we only receive the payment result.
- Your preferences: your language, currency, light or dark mode and favourite cars are saved in your own browser (local storage), not on our servers.
3. Why we use it
- To handle your booking: confirm it, send reminders, prepare the car and contact you if needed.
- To answer your questions.
- To meet our legal and accounting duties.
We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask for them.
4. Who we share it with
- Our hosting provider and email service, to run the website and send emails.
- Stripe, if you pay by card.
- Map tiles are loaded from OpenStreetMap, and translations may use Google Translate; these services receive your IP address as part of normal web traffic.
- Authorities, when the law requires it (for example for traffic fines).
5. How long we keep it
Booking information is kept for as long as needed for the rental and for our legal and accounting duties, then deleted.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. This is your right under Moroccan law 09-08 and, for visitors from the European Union, the GDPR. Contact us from the Contact us page.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
